Complex Chromium Carbide Overlay Wear Plates

Overview:

ALD300 is a complex chromium carbide clad plate manufactured by welding high chromium, heat resistant, abrasion resistant material to a steel base metal.

The overlay material consists of hard complex carbides provides high abrasion resistance and the backing plate used as structural support contributes to good formability.

ALD300 wear plate works well under high abrasion at elevated temperature up to 900°C.
